STOP being insecure and remember that YOU are manifesing YOU first, not them. If you see this from a religious standpoint you are currently “having another God beside God.” You have to remember what comes fist when you manifest.

To me, this is an addiction.

People manifesting their sp is always coming to me desperate, in the same eneergetic state as someone at an addiction detox. We used to call this “JONESING”….Look it up… ALL clients who need helo with an sp are JONESING for the sp… You have to stopt this, it manifests exactly like a repellant. Read my post on repelling energy. NOW, Go to the mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and tell yourself that NO MORE are you going to be an addict.

NOT that you think that you suck or that you are ugly, or fat or a looser and someone else is better than you. Stop manifeting your sp from your current desparate state and instead focus on these things:

1. Stop Manifesting Them; Start Being Comfortable in Your Skin


The focus should shift from desperately manifesting a specific person to becoming completely comfortable in your own skin. LEARN about self-acceptance and self-confidence is the cornerstone of a healthy manifestation process. This is about you after all.

2. Make Others Feel Good, Not Just Your SP


The key to attractiveness isn’t fixating exclusively on your desperate obsession, but extending kindness and making others feel good. This shift of focus from self-centeredness to genuine care for others holds an incredible attraction. It also takes your mind off your selfishness, and selfishness and a fragile ego not only makes you repelling, it makes you MISERABLY UNHAPPY!

3. Know Your Worth; Don’t Seek Constant Validation


Stop relying on external validation to affirm your self-worth. Understand your inherent value and worth, freeing yourself from the constant need for someone else to affirm your importance. I know you are desperate for text messages. If you don’t knwo your worth you are stuck in a loop where your dopamine hits come fro YOUR SP SENDING A TEXT MESSAGE. This is not sustainable. Let me be your psychic for a moment, and tell you your future of misery: You end up with a cheater who is desperate for ATTENTION from instagram or whatever newfangled places exist for desparate people. Whatever the “bar” or “pub” is nowadays. It is the same. YOUR constant validation-desperation will manifest itesef in your sp, and they will seek attention from anyone BUT you. GET this.

4. Enjoy Your Life; Have Fun and Discover Yourself


Manifesting can feel overly serious; like it’s a JOB. This is repelling, it is the OPPOSITE of receiving. Go ahead and discover your sense of humour, the manifesting sp clients are VERY serious. Have more fun! The manifestation won’t break if you stop thinking about it for a second and laugh a little…

5. .Have more courage to be vulnerable!


Recognize that manifesting your authentic self involves embracing vulnerability. It’s not about acting like “you don’t want your SP” but understanding your life’s truth. YESit is okay that you are a flawed human, it what makes you approacheable and trustworty.

Imahine if you were manifesting a new car AS INSECURELY as you are manifesting an sp! Can you see how ridicuolous that would be? YOU have to be the main course of your manifestation NOT the car.

Much like Method Acting used by performers to portray characters authentically, the Law of Assumption requires immersing yourself in the feeling of your desire’s reality. The subconsious mind is constantly causeing assumptions, hence the name: The Law of Assumption.

The Law of Assumption and the Law of Attraction are both methods meant for manifesting desires and shaping our lives, are often discussed together. They are not the same. Although they share common ground, they differ in fundamental ways.

Take my message to heart and live by it. Practice the art of prayer daily, and then one day you will find the most effective prayer is: “Thank you Father.” You will feel this being within you as your very self. You can speak of it as “thou” yet know it is “I.” You will then have a thou/I relationship, and say to yourself: “Thank you, Father”. If I want something, I know the desire comes from the Father, because all thought springs from Him. Having given me the urge, I thank Him for fulfilling it. Neville Goddard’s “thank you” technique offers a powerful alternative when the traditional method of visualizing / imagining and feeling the wish fulfilled feels challenging. This technique is particularly useful when doubt, anxiety, or the complexity of the desired state hinder the imaigal scene or “living from the end” process. It is also useful ANY day, ANY time, and ALWAYS 😃

The essence of this technique lies in simplifying the process by condensing your desire into a concise, powerful phrase—typically “Thank you.” By saying “thank you” as if your desire has already been fulfilled, you shift your mindset into one of gratitude and assumption that your desire is already a reality. Neville Goddard also uses “Isn’t it wonderful!”. I personally use “I am so thankful and grateful” …(That I have thisthing that I have prayed for, it feels so good to have seen it come to fruition) You can elaborate however you like!

Expressing gratitude in advance creates a sense of already having received what you desire. It cultivates a feeling of contentment and faith, it eliminates doubts and anxieties, and it automatically makes you imagine the “state of the wish fulfulled”.

In practice, it’s about stating your desire clearly, then inwardly or outwardly saying “thank you” for its fulfillment. It’s a mantra that reminds you to acknowledge and appreciate the imminent realization of your wish, helping you embody the feeling of already having what you desire. Use it a few times a day, to reset your mind.

This quick little method is perfect for when your mind has spiralled, or when you start asking yourself why it hasn’t “worked”. Stop the spiral by expressing gratitude. Say it out loud, and be emphatic. Mean it when you say it!

Alchemy of Adversity: Turn the Worst Into The Best

The foundation of manifesting is rooted in the belief that there’s a fundamental, unified consciousness (whether termed as God, awareness, or nothingness) interwoven with our experiences. One and the same as us, our world, and our experience.

Onenss is CONSTANT:

This essence is a participant in every facet of our lives, including the challenges we face. NO circumstance is outside of ONENESS. No circumstance is TOO BIG, or TOO DIFFICULT. Nothing. Acknowledging this oneness, and understanding that the divine presence descends into and uplifts our experiences is at the heart of the manifesting process. It’s about recognizing that our journey is indivisibly connected to this higher consciousness, and through this understanding, we manifest and shape our realities. Nondoership. It is what life is all about.

Intention and Invitation:

The understanding is that this divine essence descends into our challenges, and it’s our trust and knowingness that it will also uplift us. Our INTENTION and awareness is ALL we need. God ascends every problem, and makes it beyond what we could ever strive for, or even imagine. Understanding this makes your manifestation miraculous. “ For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven” -Thessalonians. So invite God in, and intend for the total restoration and resolution beyond your wildest dreams.

So WHY the heck are bad circumstances GOOD?

Because if you follow the steps below, the negativity will be the EXACT stepping stone that you need to ELEVATE yourself to EXACTLY where you want to be! No one else is exactly like you, you need THIS to get where YOU want to be. SO stop panicking, and STOP REACTING, and start Iinviting.

Connecting your circumstance with God:

(Awareness / silence / nothingness / The divine / The creator)

Here is HOW you do this:

  1. Unifying Your Experience with God:
    At the core of this perspective is the understanding that every circumstance that you go through is an extension of the collective experiences and also the experience of a higher power. You are not in this ALONE. God, the divine, the creator is experiencing this too. NOTICE this. Become aware of this.
  2. Surrendering to Divine Guidance:
    Embracing this perspective involves letting go of control of the process. It is already solved, so invide awareness in and let go. Trusting your journey to a higher powe is about letting go and letting God.
  3. Transcending the Individual Self:
    By recognizing that our experiences are part of a greater divine plan, we move beyond our individual perspective of pain and suffering, if YOU suffer, God also suffere, HE (she / it) wants this resolved too. The solution, and restoral of harmony is in the whole universes interset. Not JUST yours.
  4. Finding Wisdom in Negative Circumstances:
    Each experience, be it positive or negative, holds valuable insights and wisdom. It just does. Don’t fight that part.
  5. Trusting the Journey:
    Trust and faith ascends and trancends your every negative circumstance into its polar opposite of absolute harmony, more that you dreamt of, it just does. Don’t fight that part. This is not “this or something better”, it is “better than I could EVEN have imagined”. Trusting that God is present in every experience and, by GRACE, elevate us through every circumstance. This is how miracles happen.
  6. Letting Go: Holding on to negative circumstances on our own, trying to understand without inviting God into our experience is like a caterpillar trying to undertsand what is happening and fighting against becoming a cocooned mush. There is a complete transformation waiting to happen, namely, a complete transformation of YOUR STATE (A Neville Goddard term) You must FULLY LEAVE your old state, and become your new state. SOmehwre in between a caterpillar and a butterlfy there is a state, even for a split second, of nothing, of neither, this is the moment of change. GOD makes this change.
  7. Intend, and invite, and your job is done: Your deliberate intention, and your invitation of the divine into your negative circumstance transforms it into the “butterfly” it was meant to be.

The intricate nature of these conditions often leads individuals to seek various avenues for relief and healing. One such path is the Law of Assumption (or Attraction.) Manifesting desires by assuming their fulfillment seems like an easy way out of the painful intrusive thoughts, but in reality it can cause even more pain and confusion for some. While a powerful tool, its application in the realm of mental health requires delicate consideration and understanding.

The Human Nature to Avoid Accountability

As humans, it is innate to seek ways to alleviate our fears and anxieties. The Law of Assumption/Attraction offers an attractive prospect by allowing us to manifest positive outcomes, circumventing our fears and worries. However, for individuals grappling with conditions like OCD and anxiety, it’s crucial to tread carefully. The desire to escape the clutches of their condition can inadvertently lead to bypassing the necessary steps towards healing and understanding.

The Path to Healing: Understanding Mental Health Conditions

The journey towards healing mental health conditions begins with acknowledgment and acceptance. Mostly self-acceptance, which is something that I have talked a lot about in my podcast. Weekly therapy appointments using methods such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior (CBT)T or medication if prescribed, and participation in support groups offer essential foundations. These actions create a safety net, providing individuals with tools to understand their condition and cope effectively. Without this foundation, LAO may just be another delusion or obsession, creating worsening symptoms.

The Role of Law of Assumption/Attraction

Law of Assumption/Attraction, when introduced into the healing journey, should be approached with caution. Initially, it’s vital to maintain a lighthearted approach to manifesting desires. Overwhelming or intense manifestation attempts can inadvertently trigger anxiety and exacerbate the mental health condition. Individuals with OCD, especially, tend to approach LOA as a life or death situation. This is counterproductive.

The Importance of Light-hearted Manifestation

Choosing a light-hearted approach to manifestation involves infusing positivity, playfulness, and gentleness into the process. The focus should be on joy, gratitude, and hopeful anticipation, keeping manifestations within a comforting, safe space.

Avoiding Spiritual Bypassing

One must guard against spiritual bypassing, a tendency to use spiritual beliefs and practices to bypass or avoid facing the true depths of their mental health condition. A premature leap into intense manifesting can inadvertently become an escape from dealing with the underlying fears and anxieties.

Finding the Right Balance

The key lies in striking the right balance. Begin by focusing on understanding and managing the mental health condition effectively. Once a stable and well-maintained state is achieved, gentle exploration of the Law of Assumption/Attraction can take place.

Breaking the Cycle of Self-Imposed Pain

Awareness of the dual nature of manifestation allows us to break free from patterns that cause self-inflicted pain.

This post has been created with the observation that just as many individuals cause themselves pain, as pleasure, using the Law of Assumption. Until an awareness of compulsions, phobias, delusions or intrusive thoughts has been established, LOA tends to be a roller coaster ride of emotional ups and downs. Understanding and addressing mental health conditions is a journey that demands patience, compassion, and self-awareness. The Law of Assumption/Attraction IS s transformative tool, when approached mindfully and in harmony with the individual’s mental well-being. Remember to always aim for a lighthearted manifestation approach, and to avoiding spiritual bypassing.
