Fear is the opposite of Life

What do I mean by Fear is the opposite of life?

“Fear is the opposite of life”. Ther is a contrast between fear and living a fulfilling, vibrant life.

When fear dominates in one’s mindset or experiences, it acts as an obstacle to fully livig and enjoying life. A life dominated by fear may be constricted, limited, and lacking.

Conversely, a life filled with courage, optimism, and a willingness to face challenges, or look like a fool or be embarrassed, is the essence of living to the fullest. But this os more than a philosophical perspective on the impact of fear on the quality of life…,. Let’s see what fear does to a manifestation…

The human brain is a big bundle of energy. Life force. This energy is constantly in use, it contracts muscles, it beats the heart, breathes the lungs, it controls cellular metabolism and send out or stops the excretion of hormones and other chemicals. In addition to this it expends energy exerting will power, and thoughts and emotions.

Fear is a huge drain on energy. It drives physiological processes that are exclusively meant to “survive” us. Fight or flight. Freeze or fawn. All of it uses energy to create the most optimal chan chances of survival. The energy that should ordinarily go into our basic body functions, and out will power, thoughts and emotions is being used elsewhere. The result is a lowered overall energy. You can say that fear drains vitality right out of us.

Fear doesn’t actually help you improve the situation at all, it just drains you of energy. fear casues the brain to send out signals that inhibits the organs in the body, it constricts the heart, and it reduces digestive function.

It is said that three things block manifestation, Fear Doubt and Indecision, and this is why FEAR is such a big block.

This is why once your goal or dream is decided on, you KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD. The creator. Keep your love and devotion constant, and dwell on Gods word, on devotion, on enjoying your life. An excessive focus on a manifestation does the exact opposite of what you want.

Learning how to let go is much easier if instead of “trying” to let go, you just focus on God, the majority of your time should be spent on this. NOT on affirmations. NOT on asking where it is. If you are atheist, I think you can just focus on just about anything that keeps you in an empowered state. Bottom line is to remove focus from the thing that causes ongoing fear. Hang out with your dog for example.

A wish is a desire without energy.

Parmahansa Yogananda

Gain energy for your desire to go from wish to intention by having enough energy to will it, to decide on it, to exercise your will power.

I n this post I told you about TWO things:

  1. Reserve energy by putting your faith into God
  2. Take your desire from wish to intention by decision and will power.
