Crush Manifesting Anxiety in 4 steps

You don’t have to believe in manifesting, you just have to do the steps

You’ve set a goal, and end state and now, do you have to believe in your end?

On Medium

You do not have to believe in it, but you do have to do the steps.

If your brain is more complex, more on the rational side of things, or if you have some self esteem issues that you have to overcome eventually, it is truly okay, and this is not an obstacle to manifesting, it isn’t even a delay. The fact that you don’t “believe” is in many ways a good things, because you might be less likely to fall into some of the common traps of false beliefs.

Over time you will gain some faith in yourself, gradually you will build up what has been dubbed “self-concept. As a natural byproduct of succes, you will start to believe in yourself. In the meantime, just stick to using the tools.

Set a final goal. None of this is up to vibration or just happenstance, it truly works like a recipe, and just like a recipe, even if you don’t believe that the ingredients you have put in the bowl will still end up being a cake eventually, if you just follow the recipe. It will become a cake, weather you believe it or not.

The manifesting toolbox is a manifesters best friend, and if you have a goal, and you have a daily routine , then your manifestation will happen.

A few simple steps that will help you let go of the anxiety around belief:

  1. Simplify Your Assumptions:
Shed the rigid terminology such as “Law of” Assumption. An assumption of Assumptions if you will. An assumption is simply a mindset, and a mindset is a powerful tool. There is need for a law-like structure. SO letting go of “THE LAW OF“….and just sticking with assumption might help shed anxiety! Our natural assumptions shape our experiences and create opportunities for us. Instead of The Law Of, just realize that it is about recognizing the simplicity of assumption. For example, you don’t say THE LAW OF gravity, you just say gravity. Let go of belief-anxiety by taking the seriousness out of this. Drop the word LAW.
  2. Embrace That Much of Life is an Enigma:
Manifestation isn’t confined to a specific belief system. Whether you identify as spiritual, religious, atheist, or anything else, it doesn’t impact your ability to shape and organize reality. Discard phrases like “God of My Reality” and focus on universal manifestation principles: Affirmation, visualization, autosuggestions, journaling, assuming end state mindset, etc. You can also let go of forcing yourself into a new belief system because this is just new age mumbo jumbo, and it makes NO difference. The only beliefs that matter are the ones that are contrary to your manifestation. Improving self concept helps with this, and it has nothing to do with religion. You can manifest just as well without forcing yourself to be delusional. In fact, being delusional will hurt you in the long run. What you belive about God is up to you. This whole sentence: “I am God of my reality:, can just be dropped from manifesting, it contributes nothing, and it just causes confusion and anxiety. Of course, if you enjoy the topic then go right ahead, don’t hear what I am not saying. I am not saying that you CAN’T say it, I’m just saying it makes no difference.
  3. Inner State Management:
Avoid the trap of micromanaging vibrations. Consider the example of overcoming a fear of heights. It doesn’t involve diving into an intricate vibration analyses, “what does a lack of fear of heights vibration feel like” no, instead, the focus on end state visualization of being on a cliff fearlessly, and also other techniques to manage general anxiety. Vibration is not part of this. Manifesting is practical, it is doable, it has steps that are doable, and most of all it doesn’t demand an exhaustive understanding of vibrational intricacies. Again, don’t hear what I am NOT saying. I am not saying that you can’t include vibrations in your manifestations, I am saying that it doesn’t matter if you do or don’t. SO drop another bag-full of anxiety around this topic.
  4. Self Concept: Recognize that self-worth is an imagined construct. The anxiety surrounding lack of worth often stems from beliefs built up in your childhood. Worth is not a quantifiable entity that determines your ability to manifest. “It rains on the just and the unjust“. In other words, your worth has nothing to do with it. Furthermore, your value is not contingent on external factors. By freeing yourself from the imagined constraints of self-worth, you open up the space for real self-empowerment, self acceptance and what we like to call self-concept. Self-worth isn’t for us to determine, worthy AND unworthy can manifest by following the steps.

Little by little you will begin to believe.

Part of manifesting is in fact organizing your reality in a never before seen way, for you, it is sometimes innovative, sometimes fantastical and sometimes amazing. Still, you do not have to believe that you are capable of your goal but you do have to take daily steps,

Possibilities are the unseen world of the artist

We always color our version of the truth with assumptions, Notice how your assumptions are based on prior experiences, but creation is based on the never before experienced. Become like an artist and believe in possibilities.

We easily believe in the past experiences, but for some, learning how to believe in the never before seen takes practice and courage. If one tool fails to produce, it does not mean that your manifestion has failed, it just means that our flexibility and malleability has to be in charge. Fall down seven time get up eight. The assumption that “it isn’t working” is simply produced by a state and the state is based on past experiences. The shift into a new state needs vision and bravery, but it does not require belief. Just a hope in the possibilities of the unseen to become seen. And do the daily steps. Beyond that, let go of worrying. Fall down? No worries. Get up again. Crush anxiety about manifesting by remembering that you don’t have to believe.
