13 Ghost Points

Sun Si Miao (c. 7th century) developed the concept of “Phlegm” as the cause of mental disorders, it’s treatment is said to transcend space and time! The use of ghost points has been changed in modern Chinese medicine to mean “points used in the treatment of mood disorders” however, this is not the original meaning. The original intent of the points was to treat a literal invasion by a ghost.
