In Taoist philosophy, there is a concept known as “Hun,” which refers to the ethereal aspect of our being, representing the expansive and creative force that drives manifestation and growth, the hun is the faculty of mind that travels out of body, that dreams at night, and completely separates from the body during dissociation. The Hun, when anchored in a healthy heart and mind, but free to explore, is a healthy Hun. This imagination is our creative force.
